David I. Bavar, President, is a former partner and founding member of KLNB, a commercial real estate brokerage established in 1968. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert A. Bavar, Vice President, joined the company in 1995 and oversees the acquisition, development and leasing of all product types in the Baltimore-Washington corridor, Northern Virginia and Florida. He is a graduate of Bucknell University.
